Busted for doing 13 mph over the posted speed limit of 45 mph /March 14 2020 Saturday night
Over the years I've been pulled over about 20-22 times when dressed as Trisha, most of my experiences have been fortunately good, even though they mostly for speeding, four was for not wearing my seat belt in California (I got a summons) and one for not stopping completely making a full stop at a stop sign, I argued in court and had it reduced for no points or insurance increase) the rest I was given a verbal warnings for going 10 mile past the posted speed limit, I guess "Trisha" has been very lucky.
Yesterday evening (I was driving to the grocery store) on Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. There was unusually a strong tail wind so it's not difficult to not realize I was doing 58 MPH instead of the posted 45 MPH speed limit..
Since my car is newer and all these conditions were in effect I wasn't paying attention to my speed, until I saw the unmarked black no lights on cop car in the center median and that's when the trouble started.
It was so dark I couldn't even see him u-turn to follow me, as I made a right turn to pull into the grocery store parking lot his lights came on so I just pulled over of course I was gently verbal when I handed him my license and proof of insurance and then he commented that my appearance did not match my photograph and anatomy on my driver's license that I handed him...
Well to make a long story longer. The Police officer of coarse introduced himself and described my offense of being "clocked at 58 MPH in a 45 MPH zone" I was wearing a light shade of pink sleeveless oval blouse that show a bit of my breast clevage and pair of black capris and pair of two inch wedged sandals which didn't leave anything to the imagination, I was missing my Registration which I paid for but was never sent to me by the dealership (just my luck). He said if you find it wave it out the door and went back to his car.
He then spent another 10 minuets writing out the summons, I figured I was TOTALLY screwed for being 23 MPH over
When he came back he said I issued you 1 summons for going 58 miles an hours I on a posted 45 mph zone... All I could say was Thank you so much for being kind to me, I know I was totally at your mercy, you were kind.
